Number427432 Category Management Full/Part Time F Regular/Temporary 1st shift Responsibilities The Director of Digital Sales is responsible for developing a differentiated, world class, digital sales experience within key product groups at Citizens Bank. The individual will execute against an aggressive sales plan; as well as drive strategy in a highly regulated, political, and visible channel. * Lead a team responsible for optimizing the digital sales experience. Integrating digital sales technology across, branch, phone bank, and the self service network * Research, analyze, and execute tactics and strategies to increase digital application starts and completion rates, driving current customer cross sell and new to bank customer acquisition. * Develop and maintain digital sales plans/forecasts, breakeven analysis, and channel performance metrics. * Develop and manage multi-variant testing programs across application, online banking, and .com product pages. * Partner with Digital Marketing and UX to drive online sales demand and develop a seamless transition from research and consideration to application starts. * Maximize cost effective acquisition strategies within budget guidelines and profit goals * Monitor competitive activity and react to online trends and best practices * Lead large multi-department projects designed to provide an optimal digital sales and research experience
