Summary
Cisco Collaboration Technology Group is looking for talented software developers to join us in providing revolutionary, intuitive and delightful experiences to address enterprise and SMB collaboration needs, on mobile, desktop and hardware endpoints. As part of the Test Automation Team, you will be responsible for the development of test automation framework, automated test cases, develop call troubleshooting tools and methodologies, and be part of a dynamic team that are focused on improving the quality of real time calling experience. Responsibilities
* You will work within an agile development environment with other testing engineers and developers to scope, develop and deliver world-class Multimedia software solutions * You will be part of the team that develops state of the art software quality assurance test framework. * You will learn the latest web based calling technology, and will develop test cases for the overall calling experience. * You will inter-connect the new web based calling experience with the existing SIP based calling experience. * You will learn and develop test cases for the latest media switching technology, multi-streams, simulcast.
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Qualifications** * Working knowledge of Agile Development or the willingness and ability to learn quickly * Ability to work with remote teams. * Python, or some OOPL * Knowledge of calling and media technologies such as SIP, audio and video basics * Familiarity of Cisco UC products is a big plus **Desired Skills** * BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering OR equivalent years of relevant work experience. * Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience * A proven ability to learn and adapt to new, complex development environments with deep dive analytical skills * A passion for being connected anywhere and any device
