Summary

Working with the investment team(s), develop and manage construction project guidelines to meet performance objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Establish initial budget, cash flow projections, itemized scope, timeline and responsible parties for building construction and renovation projects.
  • Following the approved budget, establish and execute the RFP process to complete due diligence and identify appropriate design consultants, procurement agents, vendors and contractors.
  • Negotiate issues and manage 3rd party contracts.
  • Ensure site is complying with required safety policies and procedures; ensure appropriate reporting is completed as required.
  • Closeout the project including account/contract reconciliation, tax coordination and appropriate city and legal filings.
  • Effectively manage municipal zoning and code compliance for each project
Ideal Candidate
  • Architectural or Construction Management degree from accredited four year college or technical school.
  • Minimum of 5 years office and/or field experience in construction.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Use of CADD software.
