Construction Manager (Development)

Working with the investment team(s), develop and manage construction project guidelines to meet performance objectives.

* Establish initial budget, cash flow projections, itemized scope, timeline and responsible parties for building construction and renovation projects. * Following the approved budget, establish and execute the RFP process to complete due diligence and identify appropriate design consultants, procurement agents, vendors and contractors. * Negotiate issues and manage 3rd party contracts. * Ensure site is complying with required safety policies and procedures; ensure appropriate reporting is completed as required. * Closeout the project including account/contract reconciliation, tax coordination and appropriate city and legal filings. * Effectively manage municipal zoning and code compliance for each project

* Architectural or Construction Management degree from accredited four year college or technical school. * Minimum of 5 years office and/or field experience in construction. * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) * Use of CADD software.
