Distribution Technician

Children's Hospital Los Angeles is a nonprofit, academic, pediatric medical center. Here, we provide the highest quality healthcare for children, treating the little things, the big things and everything in between. Each year, we provide care for more than 93,000 children who need care that is so complex, it can only be provided by our medical experts

• The Distribution Technician will provide all aspects of distribution, storage, and re-supply activities to all pertinent areas of the hospital.
• Perform the following tasks on a rotation schedule basis: inventory, order placement and delivery, equipment tracking/management, data entry and record keeping.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate.
• Two years' experience in supply and inventory activities in a hospital setting.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

• Basic computer application skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully, verbally and in writing.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to adjust to schedule and shift changes.
