- Responsible for the continuing education, and development needs of nursing staff for CHI St. Luke's Health Memorial.
- Responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing dynamic educational initiatives with the primary goal of enhancing the patient care skills of every job level of front line nursing staff.
- Utilizes professional nursing knowledge in the acute care setting, competency in interpersonal relationships, communication, motivational skills, and extensive understanding of the adult teaching/learning process to develop and provide continuing education to the front line nursing staff.
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience as an RN in Medical Surgical or Critical Care/Progressive Care Units.
- Must have a current RN Texas license.
- Must have current ACLS and BLS certification.
