Job Description

Chester Andover Elementary School is seeking a full-time person to work with students in need of positive behavioral supports.

The right candidate will be able to help students with challenging behaviors to refocus and re-engage. Knowledge of problem-solving strategies, de-escalation skills and the ability to communicate with staff and families is essential. This person will also be responsible for collecting and entering behavioral data..

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Associate degree preferred
• Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
