Senior .NET Application Developer / Architect

Do you have a passion for building scalable and extensible SOAP or REST web services? Do you want to be part of team that implements secure and extensible API for seamless integration? We are looking for strong .NET developer to design and develop a platform with state of art capabilities that allows seamless integration for Schwab Openview Gateway program participants. He/She will provide technical leadership adhering to the architectural direction set by the architect.

**Required Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Masters Degree in Computer Science with .NET or Java background * Expertise in most of the following: Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, WCF, Web API (MS ASP.Net), .Net Framework, Web Services, JSON, SOAP, REST * 7+ years of experience in Software Development using Object Oriented Programming using C++, C#, Java * 5+ years of experience successfully developing applications using Microsoft technologies like WCF, ASP.NET, REST * 2+ years of experience in building REST services ASP.NET Web API * Strong knowledge of web architecture/design and web best practices * Demonstrated strong ability to interpret requirements and design solutions to fit those requirements * Passionate about leveraging technology to build products that "wow" users **Desired Skills:** * Demonstrated strong ability to interpret requirements and design solutions to fit those requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary * Ability to interact successfully with business partners and technology teams is required * Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus * Familiarity with financial reporting information is a plus
