Summary

Chargify is looking for a new Customer Success hire to qualify, assist, and onboard inbound leads. Please submit a cover letter with your resume indicating why you would be a perfect fit for the position.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrating software to potential customers

  • Qualifying leads

  • Contacting leads to set up appointments

  • Responding to inbound emails and phone calls

  • Managing customers and communication in Salesforce CRM

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Great customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • General understanding of API’s

  • Self motivated

  • Detail oriented

  • Travel 1-2 weeks per year for company meet-ups

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the software industry (preferably at a SAAS Company)

  • College degree

  • Understanding of HTML and CSS

  • Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM)

  • Experience with support ticket software
