Summary
The New Home Specialist will manage leads and homeowner inquiries from various sources via email, telephone, online chat and social media. Keep organized and detailed notes of interactions with home shoppers and details of each interaction must be maintained. Goal is to set appointments remotely, for model tours and new home sales transactions onsite.
Responsibilities
* Knowledge and understanding of pricing, product and upgrades available in all new home communities. * 24-7 availability (within reason). An immediate response (no longer than 1hr) to emails, phone calls, social media and online chat is expected. * Must provide details and answers to home shoppers questions and set appointments for onsite sales team at multiple Denver-Metro locations in a quick and timely manner. * Will provide daily assistance with Marketing, website updates, administrative duties and event staffing as needed. * All online interactions will be tracked and a minimum conversion ratio of 15% lead to appointment and 10% appointment to sale ratio must be maintained. * The New Home Specialist will be accountable for communication directly with onsite sales team, VP of Sales and Marketing team to establish and maintain positive relationships with potential homebuyers. * Will act as the expert on all community pricing and product information and the face of all website and social media interaction. * Must be a people person and effective communicator. Must have a willingness to learn and adapt.
Ideal Candidate
* Proficiency with the use of all Microsoft Office products. * An effective communicator and presenter, via phone, online and in person. * 2+ years of experience in new homes and real estate preferred. * Customer Relationship Management and social media background preferred. * High school diploma & technology training required.
