Summary
As part of Centro’s sales team, the primary goal of the Client Development Associate (CDA) is to research and identify leads and help set calls and meetings for an assigned group of Account Leads (AL). As the first point of contact, CDAs will be responsible for creating a strong first impression with potential clients. They also play an instrumental role of sharing intelligence with Account Leads to develop a solution-based sales strategy. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be metrics driven, competitive and tenacious each and every day. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is highly motivated to learn and grow within the organization. If you are an overachiever and want to contribute to a team that will truly appreciate your dedication and hard work, considering joining Centro today.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the regional sales leadership to identify prospects in companies who fit Centro’s ideal customer profile. * Start new conversations with marketing decision makers in companies that could benefit from Centro’s services (via phone, email, and social media). * Perform highly effective discovery calls assessing the prospect's needs, explaining Centro’s services, and ultimately qualifying if the prospect could benefit from Centro’s services. * Assist in the consultative sales process by scheduling meetings for your Account Lead to begin their sales process with qualified leads and effectively sharing the business needs of the prospect. * Utilize Salesforce.com, our CRM, and our other sales tools to manage your pipeline and maintain accurate information about prospects and leads. * Research and update SFDC with customer intelligence on existing dormant or un-maximized leads. Customer intelligence includes organization structure, digital budget, integrations, key contact information, and needs assessment. * Create and deliver communication to existing qualified (but dormant) leads to obtain a first meeting. Communications will be customized based on what customer intelligence the CDA has collected. * Prepare customized material and collateral to the specific needs of the prospect for each meeting.
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent project, time and self-management skills. * Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly. * Ability to work independently and in a team. * Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills. * Salesforce.com experience is preferred, but not required. * Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
