Summary
This position will partner with regional marketing teams to ensure that the global strategy is aligned, developed through market insights and is actionable across various geographies. Strong collaboration with global marketing team, finance, market research, agencies, corporate affairs, medical affairs and regional commercial teams.
Responsibilities
1. Drive global congress execution (WCD, EULAR, EADV, etc.) , partnering with internal stakeholders and key external agencies around booth development, symposium, key customer events, internal newsletters, etc. 2. Support optimal global launch of OTEZLA through organization of live OTEZLA Global Brand Team (OGBT) meetings (2-4 times / year) that facilitate best practice sharing, strategy updates, and launch of key global initiatives. 3. Support execution of digital strategy-aligning input from key markets and translating it to external agencies for execution. Includes owning competitive intelligence and benchmarking activities, key owned, earned media recommendations, lead patient app development. 4. Drive execution of global website-ensuring consistent global strategy is communicated while that meeting complex local regulations 5. Ensure organizational readiness by supporting and maintaining global best practice and training assets through ownership of internal asset portal. Responsibilities include ensuring up to date and engaging global content, key content and creating internal communication plans to increase use and engagement with this portal, creating and maintaining analytics and recommending system enhancements. 6. Develop and execute against key promotional/marketing materials and obtain approval through appropriate committees 7. Support all budget aspects for the Global Marketing team-partnering with team members, finance and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate spend/updates, participate in financial and brand planning activities for team 8. Assist in development of all aspects of marketing brand plans for OTEZLA in psoriatic arthritis . Includes partnering across key functions to ensure a well-integrated plan. Owns agency ""big-idea"" generation workshops. 9. Marketing point with Global Analytics team ; work closely with research partners to develop and implement an OTEZLA Global Launch Scorecard.
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BA required; life sciences/equivalent degree desirable, MBA/graduate degree preferred. * 2-3 years marketing/marketing research experience required. * Product marketing within pharmaceutical or biotech industry. * Demonstrated success in executing tactics required. * Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office. * Excellent written and oral communication skills required. * Ability to quickly build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
