Responsibilities: - Follow all company guidelines and procedures as set forth in your employee handbooks. You are required to understand 100% of their content. - Review and process qualification files for all drivers. - Request and process verification data for new driver applicants. - Assist Verification Clerks in obtaining accurate work history data, as required by FMCSR and provide history to requestor within 24 hours - Cross train with Verification and Medical Compliance Specialists. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: - High school diploma - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system - Proficiency with PC and data entry skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
