Responsibilities:

• Follow all company guidelines and procedures as set forth in your employee handbooks. You are required to understand 100% of their content.
• Review and process qualification files for all drivers.
• Request and process verification data for new driver applicants.
• Assist Verification Clerks in obtaining accurate work history data, as required by FMCSR and provide history to requestor within 24 hours
• Cross train with Verification and Medical Compliance Specialists. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system
• Proficiency with PC and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
