We realize that everyone's situation is unique, however our general guidelines for requirements include... * A portfolio demonstrating your design experience * 5+ years of UX design experience throughout the product development lifecycle * BA/BS in design, HCI, human factors, or similar * Passion for design and usability * The ability to work with other designers and researchers in a collaborative environment * Experience working with and applying user research data * Automotive dealership industry experience is a big plus
