PIT Operator RTC

• Operate pallet jack • Reconcile all products to ensure they have been completely fabricated • Must be able to be a back up for designated machinery • Retrieve meat for various lines • Accurately receive inbound raw material into PFS • Rotate in-house inventory by using FIFO system • Get supplies materials from warehouse • Perform basic PM’s on jack • Operate various machinery in department • Reconciling load numbers and products to correct location • Use PFS to control inventories • Ability to pallet stack cases weighing up to 50 lbs • Able to utilize a digital scale to achieve targeted product weight • Set up lines and break down lines. • Work in the production line as needed • Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments • Work with QA doing QA check ( PIT 2) • Record verification (PIT 2) • Certified DTI (PIT 2) • Verification of paperwork (PIT 2)

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be able to work on a cold or hot environment. • Must be able to be on continuously walk. • Good attendance and safety record. • Ability to perform multiple tasks. • Ability to work flexible hours and or shifts. • Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity. • Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills. • Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone. • Effective communication skills required; ability to speak Spanish a plus. • Must be able to read formula numbers (in English).
