CARFAX is the vehicle history expert for used car buyers, sellers and the automotive industry. CARFAX created the Vehicle History Report in 1986 and continues to develop innovative services – like CARFAX Used Car Listings and the myCarfax app, a virtual garage, that make it easier to buy, sell and own a used car. We maintain a database comprising over 14 billion vehicle history records from more than 92,000 sources worldwide, adding new sources, and more records, daily.

• Optimize web pages to maximize SEO results
• Create and maintain team style guides
• Work collaboratively with design & development teams on a daily basis
• Solve complex problems and learn from mistakes
• Articulate your thoughts and opinions effectively
• Learn new technologies and apply new skills to your work
• Openly share knowledge and learn from others

Minimum of 5 years of experience within the following areas:

• Pair programming, TDD, XP
• Bower, Gulp/Grunt, Influx, NPM
• CMS-based system - ideally Joomla
• WordPress; PHP
• Angular.js, React.js
• HTML5, CSS3, Web services/REST API
• Knowledge of SEO & web page performance techniques
