Summary
Our Technology Services group is looking for a motivated, self-starter with good communication skills required to manage diverse requests in a fast-paced environment. The Product System Analyst must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools required to develop detailed software test plans. The Product System Analyst will collaborate with the individuals on the development teams to create test plans that will ensure the quality of the applications being developed. The Product System Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that proper quality assurance processes are maintained and followed by the development teams.
Responsibilities
* Will build and maintain System Analyst team, whose goals are to ensure over all process and implementation of company’s core software products and services * Oversee creation and maintenance of test plans and scripts across all products and services * Prioritize and coordinate all team testing efforts based on existing project work * Perform peer reviews of team test plans and scripts * Meet regularly with product team captains and Director of IT Development to keep up to date of existing and upcoming project work * Define and maintain documentation standards and repositories * Work with Operations and Development Product Captains to identify gaps in high availability/ failover and monitoring of CardinalCommerce products and services * Work with Operations and Development groups to identify production issues that are result of misses in the QA step of the SDLC. Revise regression tests accordingly * Prepare weekly status updates of all QA activities for Director of IT Development * Maintain penetration scan assessments of all CardinalCommerce products and services, via penetration scan tool (ie, Cenzic Hailstorm). Coordinate execution of scans with Operations Group

A.) from a four-year college or university; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues * Experience developing and executing manual and automated test suites * Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution * Experience working in a variety of programming languages and environments * Working knowledge of some or all of the following quality assurance methods: unit, integration, regression, user interface automated testing * Experience testing web-based enterprise applications * Experience developing software with either C# and/or JAVA * Understanding of MS SQL Server * Knowledge of Object Oriented programming experience - C#, Java, HTML, XML, javascript SQL, JQuery, CSS and AJAX * Preferred experience of implementation of automated test scripts for regression and load testing, in coordination with automated build processes * Demonstrated software development and technical skills * Ability to use MS Office products
