Senior Specialist for Sales Support

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

* Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks * Works on projects of limited scope and complexity * Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems * Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions * Develops competence by performing structured work assignments

* Associates degree preferred, high school diploma with equivalent experience acceptable * Minimum 2 yrs work experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) * Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
