Summary
As a member of our Customer Service team, this role will be a paid learning experience in the constantly evolving area of E-Commerce. You’ll contribute your creativity and great ideas, working alongside experienced colleagues and mentors who will push you to be your very best. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
* Delight customers by providing superior customer service. * Use graphic design skills to assist customers with artwork design and placement. * Ability to multi-task to manage multiple accounts, identify customer concerns and needs, and maintain rapport with a fixed customer base. * Work with new and existing customers and or Sales Representatives to provide personalized guidance and support to create packaging designed to meet their needs. * Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to interface and communicate appropriately. * You will be trusted to work independently to meet the needs of all parties, including the customer and company. * In this role, you will learn more about and support the functions of estimating, inventory management, direct Customer Communications, and supporting of the Sales team. * Assist with planning for vendor managed inventories and determining appropriate run strategies. * Answer customer service telephone calls, e-mail, and other correspondence and take appropriate action. * Create order plans, process manufacturing orders, and enter customer releases as needed. * Communicates with operations to maintain accurate flow of scheduling and customer needed information. * Other projects/responsibilities as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as CAD and Adobe software. * You’re a self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions. * Things change and move pretty fast on this team and your ability to quickly adapt, change direction and think on your feet without missing a beat is essential. * Ability to think critically, solve problems and act with good judgment are all essential. * Must possess excellent customer service skills. * Superior interpersonal skills a must.
