Reinsurance Territory Manager

This is an opportunity to join a client service team for company that specializes in providing mechanical, electrical and pressure systems equipment breakdown (Property) reinsurance and related services to insurance companies. The Territory Manager is accountable for developing and maintaining a profitable portfolio of treaty reinsurance business.

* Servicing/maintaining relationships with existing customers. * Developing and maintaining a profitable portfolio of Equipment Breakdown treaty reinsurance business accomplished through efficient marketing, and monitoring of Partner Company performance, negotiation of treaty terms and pricing, and promoting and delivering client reinsurance products and services.

* Most important qualification for this opportunity is your face to face customer experience. Customer relationship experience is key. This could come from an agency, broker or carrier. Customer-focused and service oriented, with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with Partner Companies. * Minimum 5 years industry experience including property insurance / reinsurance, treaty development and Equipment Breakdown technical underwriting / engineering experience is ideal. * An understanding of commercial property coverages.
