Summary
A respected insurance carrier in Michigan is seeking a Product Development Analyst with previous property and casualty insurance experience with a focus on either commercial underwriting or product development.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and evaluate competition, making sure products are competitive in comparison.
* Research, develop, and recommend product proposals with rating variable analysis, coverage comparisons, and rate indications.
* Implement product revisions in a timely manner.
* Prepare state filings.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Insurance.
* Exposure to rating and coverage forms.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Previous Property and Casualty Insurance experience with a focus on either Commercial Underwriting or Product Development.
