Coverage Attorney

Capstone Search Group is a national search firm dedicated to the insurance industry. We are business partners to insurance organizations on staffing related projects. We work nationally with expertise that spans top executives, middle management and technical level positions.

* Directly handle litigation pertaining to personal lines coverage issues and ensure that all internal requirements are met. * The primary focus will be to handle personal lines coverage litigation on behalf of member companies, including prosecuting and defending Declaratory Judgment actions in New York and New Jersey.

* Active NY and NJ bar admissions. (Federal Admission to various districts will eventually be required) * Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with focus on insurance coverage litigation matters. * Experience with all phases of litigation, but not necessarily including, trial experience. * Strong research and writing skills. (Writing sample will be required.) * Experience conducting EUOs and prosecuting and defending Declaratory Judgment Actions. * Ability to communicate effectively with our Claims partners and senior business partners.
