Assistant Vice President Call Center Operations

The Assistant Vice President Call Center Operations oversees the strategic and day-to-day direction of the Operations and Support functions of the Insurance business. This includes: * Policy holder service * Processing * Quality * Training * Vendor Relations * Related areas for a multi-line, multi-state, multi-location Personal Lines and Property/Casualty business. * This role will oversee over 100 employees with 4 direct reports.

* Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree plus insurance designations preferred. * 12+ years personal lines (auto and homeowners) insurance operations and support experience. * Some insurance sales helpful. * Solid understand of auto and homeowners products, quality and underwriting, agency knowledge, multi-line business, multi-state support, and insurance systems. * Strong leadership skills in a large call center organization.
