Summary
As a Senior Talent Development Consultant based in our Irvine or Los Angeles, CA office you will be a key member of our Talent Development team. You will provide leadership and expertise to business groups and Human Resources partners for the full scope of Talent Development functions including Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership & Career Development, Performance Management and Talent Assessment.
Responsibilities
**Organizational Effectiveness** * Lead and contribute to significant organizational effectiveness projects, programs, and business initiatives (such as change readiness, change management, business transformation and restructuring) while demonstrating expertise, influencing skills and thought leadership * Consult with HR partners, senior leaders, and business groups to diagnose and create solutions for increased team effectiveness * Facilitate team effectiveness sessions **Learning & Development and Leadership Development** * Design solutions, resources and tools to supports manager and associate professional, leadership and career development
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of Human Resources or HR Consulting experience * Experience identifying and addressing complex team effectiveness, performance management and associate development issues * Demonstrated experience with organizational effectiveness philosophy, best practices, approaches and implementation * Excellent consulting and diagnostic skills * Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks across broad organizations and with senior leaders * Excellent analytical/problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to influence others effectively * Demonstrated ability to plan and manage processes that enable effective and efficient work, both independently and in a group * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Masters in Human Resources Management is preferred
