Summary
As an HR Analytics Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in the area of compensation with your desire to innovate and create the new and different. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, identify trends and correlations, and turn information into useful business intelligence on our Compensation programs and HR Analytics initiatives. You will be instrumental in driving our reporting and analytics into actionable insights globally across all lines of business.
Responsibilities
**Analytics** * Develop intellectual capital and insights through data analysis, complex research, presentations, and project management to further our human capital management, incentive design, and reward strategies * Create data visualizations that make complex data easier to understand, and package the data story into a polished presentation for leadership audiences * Design and create ad hoc models to answer people related business questions on compensation and the workforce * Supports development of key associate metrics and standardized reports, including metrics that support HR dashboards * Delivers ad hoc reporting and analysis to HR business partners to address business needs * Identify business requirements and analytical needs; identify and recommend potential data sources; compiles and mines data from multiple environments, tests and validates data **Technology** * Collaborate alongside business sponsors to understand and develop business process requirements that utilize SuccessFactors Compensation to support Capital’s business needs * Develop and implement project plans, standard operating procedures and lead development of reporting as it relates to compensation * Collaborate with functional and IT teams to review, test and implement systems and participate in upgrades and ongoing evolution of processes * Partner closely and act as a liaison with a wide range of areas outside of HR Technology – e.g., Global Human Resources, Global Finance, Information Technology, and Enterprise Project Office
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of analytics experience in various functions (e.g., Compensation, Finance, Customer Insights, Workforce/People Analytics, Strategy) * Experience conducting advance analytics and linkage studies (e.g., predictive turnover modeling, associate engagement, and business performance linkages) * Demonstrated ability to grasp complexity quickly and find creative solutions to unfamiliar problems * Experience in one or more of the following analytics tools: SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, R, SPSS, SAS, or Advanced Excel * Experience in ERP or Cloud Systems: SAP, SuccessFactors or Workday (Compensation module preferred) * Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills * Project and time management skills; can lead multiple small to medium projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize varying deadlines * Strong customer service orientation – resourceful, flexible and proactive * Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s preferred
