Responsibilities
Overview: - The Education Coordinator and Analyst will promote excellence in patient care through education and development of all stakeholders. - This individual will be responsible for those activities which support and enhance the online development of stakeholders, including administration of the learning management system (LMS) for Western Regional Medical Center. - The individual will be responsible for assisting the education team with clerical and organizational responsibilities and assist with educational functions to help the department meet the hospital goals of providing quality patient care, while Maintaining confidentiality of all operational and administrative matters. - This stakeholder will assist all stakeholders in utilization and for classroom management, including assisting stakeholders with scheduling conflicts. This position will work with hospital leadership and internal customers to understand/analyze data and reporting requirements and assist in finding solutions using effective tools and technology. - Meet with project managers to help them determine outcome and then create summary report and graphs of patient data, assessment trends and presentation ready documents.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: - BS/BA in Education, Business or related field required - 2-3 years in projected management, education or related field strongly preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word required
