Senior Financial Analyst FP&A

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) – FP&A primarily supports the Campbell Company of Canada Sales and Marketing organizations throughout the monthly S&OP cycle, annual operating plan (AOP) process and the monthly commercialization process. The ideal candidate will be able to drive results through process and interact effectively with stakeholders across varying levels and functions within the organization.

* Provide FP&A support for Divisional Business Partners which includes Sales, Brand, and Divisional Finance * Deliver value-added decision support financial insights to key stakeholders * Monitor and proactively communicate variances of key performance indicators (KPI) * Support planning system implementation project and testing

* Bachelor’s Degree Required, Finance or Accounting preferred * Advanced Degree (MBA) or Relevant Certifications (CPA, CFA) a Plus * 5-8 Years of Relevant Experience, CPG Preferred * Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills * SAP & BPC/ EPM/financial planning software experience a plus * Proven track record of delivering financial insights to drive better decision making
