Summary

The Director of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team that is responsible for driving financial and operational performance in conjunction with the local and corporate management team. This unique position in a profitable and growing business will have exposure to a broad range of financial and operational activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership - partner with the President and team to deliver performance.
  • Develop credible financial projections/forecasts.
  • Provide timely and insightful analysis of financial performance.
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance functions of the organization.
  • Provide the analytical framework and strategic insights to identify risks and opportunities associated with the business.
  • Develop tools and systems to establish, analyze, and provide critical financial information to the President, including actionable recommendations on short and long term strategy and annual operating plans.
  • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities; i.e., evaluation of acquisitions, investments, etc.
  • Continuous improvement of the timeliness and accuracy of the Company’s cash flow and asset management.
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Ideal Candidate

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
  • 7 - 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
  • Experience with Publicly Traded Companies Preferred

Compensation and Working Conditions
Reports to Regional President

Salary $100,000 - $120,000
