Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team that is responsible for driving financial and operational performance in conjunction with the local and corporate management team. This unique position in a profitable and growing business will have exposure to a broad range of financial and operational activities.

* Provide financial leadership - partner with the President and team to deliver performance. * Develop credible financial projections/forecasts. * Provide timely and insightful analysis of financial performance. * Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance functions of the organization. * Provide the analytical framework and strategic insights to identify risks and opportunities associated with the business. * Develop tools and systems to establish, analyze, and provide critical financial information to the President, including actionable recommendations on short and long term strategy and annual operating plans. * Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities; i.e., evaluation of acquisitions, investments, etc. * Continuous improvement of the timeliness and accuracy of the Company’s cash flow and asset management. * Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

**Desired Skills and Experience:** * BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable * 7 - 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles * Experience with Publicly Traded Companies Preferred **Additional Skills & Traits:** * Ability to lead and think strategically * Excellent Management and Project Management Skills * Strong Analytical Skills * Strong Oral and Written Communications Skills * Advanced experience in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) * Experience in Hyperion Financial Reporting Tools and ERP systems
