Summary
CACI is seeking a WMD All Source Analyst to provide advisory and assistance support to the United States Strategic Command’s (USSTRATCOM) CWMD intelligence efforts. The candidate will provide intelligence exploitation capabilities, maintaining awareness of specific threats, adversary capabilities, intent, intelligence exploitation, and production of finished intelligence products. The candidate shall capture and produce results in working aids, indications and warning alerts, intelligence summaries and articles, senior staff briefings, and other materials as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic regional and global CWMD Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE) and situational awareness (SA), time sensitive planning, targeting support and intelligence exploitation. - Establish and support an Intelligence Community (IC) network of contacts with which the WMD All-Source Analyst can share their analytical findings and coordinate All-Source Intelligence production and foster rigorous analytical discussion - Develop and refine CWMD intelligence operations tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as evaluate and adapt emerging technology for incorporation into global WMD assessment and WMD intelligence exploitation operations. - Advise and assist the Government in drafting, coordinating, presenting and disseminating COCOM CWMD intelligence collection requirements. The WMD All-Source Analyst must review existing collections requirements and update where necessary prior to building new requirements. - Manage and operate software applications in support of CWMD analysis to include briefings, papers and presentations.
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications:** - Active TS/SCI and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), STO and Special Access Program (SAP) accesses. - Demonstrable proficiency and a minimum of five years of experience in using analytical research tools such as Tripwire Analytical Capability (TAC), WISE, MIDB, M3, Intelink, HOT-R and other SIPR and JWICS data sources. - A minimum of five years’ experience in and knowledge of the Intelligence Community, its primary members, the intelligence process, data evaluation, formal evaluation of raw intelligence in writing or through an evaluation system, and experience in all-source intelligence process to include collections and collection requirements processes. - Understanding of the basics of Nuclear, Biological, and/or Chemical (NBC) weapons design, transportation, storage and use by state and non-state actors. Candidates should also understand the doctrine for use, Command and Control (C2), and security of NBC weapons and components. Experience in working CWMD issues - Experience in external coordination of All-Source Intelligence products **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of intelligence community experience. Experience may be substituted for education if the candidate has extensive, specific experience in CWMD **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience using advanced analytical tools such as JEMA, Arc Model Builder to build custom workflows - Related intelligence analysis and no less than 9 years of total IC experience * Bachelor’s degrees preferred * Previous experience with DTRA/SCC-WMD, USSTRATCOM J2, SJFHQ-E is desired * Two or more years’ experience in GEOINT analysis (e.g., imagery exploitation, terrain analysis, transportation logistics analysis, geospatial analysis and/or modeling) * Familiarity with collaborative IC tools like Spark, i-Space/a-Space
