Technical Trainer Job

Ticom Geomatics is seeking a Technical Trainer to provide customer site support for ISR operations and training exercises. This position is located at Ft. Gordon, GA.

- Provide real-time support and on-the-job training to operators in support of achieving their mission objectives. - Monitor and troubleshoot computer systems and software installed at customer site. - Engage program and engineering management to raise awareness of, and help resolve, problem reports. - Support analysis and evaluation of operator and system productivity. - Develop training material for operating and maintaining systems

- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience. - IAM/IAT Baseline certification of Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program DOD 8570.01M - Must have experience in one more of the following systems: Carry-On Radio Spectrum Analysis, Intelligence, and Reporting (CORSAIR), ACCES D4 Variants, GEOnet, Stingray, MUDCAT, CCOP systems, Digital Receiver Technology (DRT), Turbulentwave, Red Falcon, Joint Signal Processor (JSP), Wirehawk; Applications such as – Bluestream, Desperado, SMASS, KL writer, SWEARBOW, and Switchblade; and/or SSEE variants - Excellent verbal and written communications for technical topics - Self-motivated and self-directed - Active TS/SCI clearance - US Citizenship is required
