Technical Project Manager for VOIP

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.

This position is part of a large, multi-year contract in support of national security missions for intelligence customers.

• Senior Voice/ Video Network Engineer will configure, test and install VoIP telephony equipment.
• Will be responsible for creating network diagrams and documentation, perform site surveys, create parts list, configure and test equipment, coordinate installations and activate equipment.
• Will also be responsible for performing analysis and troubleshooting operational issues; planning and executing upgrade and migration activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Cisco VoIP telephony and network equipment
• Cisco VTC equipment
• Cisco Call Managers and associated hardware
• Security + certification

Education and Experience:

• Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.
