Systems Engineer for Lead

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.

- Analyze documented requirements and system architecture to develop system requirement specifications. - Lead design, development and integration of software and hardware - Work with personnel to maintain infrastructure and propose changes as necessary - Document and troubleshoot system performance issues as they arise - Ensure optimal database performance and administration - Incorporate new plans and/or system designs into ongoing system operations - Manage installation, maintenance and support of infrastructure, hardware and software components - Provide technical input for operations, security and integration for the client network - Manage and tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved

**Required Qualifications:** - Current (within last 5 years) TS/SCI w/poly - BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science or related field. Additional experience will be considered for BS degree. - Seven (7) Years experience - Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience leading junior level Systems Engineering personnel - Ability to work independently to decompose high-level requirements into workable tasks - Knowledge of IC community infrastructure and INFOSEC requirements **Desired Qualifications:** - Technical Certification, especially Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) Certification issued by the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
