NSWC IHEODTD Picatinny Detachment provides premiere Acquisition and In-Service Engineering Support to the Navy's Gun Weapons Systems throughout the Naval Surface Force.

• Provide engineering logistical support to the Close-In Weapons System program;
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of modernization efforts of assigned Close-In Weapons Systems;
• Assist in Integrated Logistics Support certifications for Close-In Weapons Systems alterations and installations;
• Assist in generating Alteration Installation Team packages for Close-In Weapons Systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of the Navy Modernization Process.
• Candidate must have an active SECRET clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing NDE to schedule alterations, update alteration status, create and manage Risk Forms in C5IMP
• Experience with Integrated Logistics Support of weapons, ammunition or ordnance handling systems.
