Inbound Commercial Representative

The Inbound Telephone Sales Representative is responsible for selling Cablevision services to Non-Subscribers, as well as upgrading active customers. Take calls from Customer Service when needed, proper disposition of all sales and customer service calls.

Responsible for performing any and all administrative tasks through use of appropriate company documentation relating to the installation and service of cable television, Internet, and phone, by ensuring documentation is completed in a full and accurate manner.Responsible for informing other Cablevision departments of any and all issues that may extend beyond the positions current knowledge or skill level, for the purpose or ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, prior telemarketing and/or customer service experience a plus, must have strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. * Basic PC/keyboard skills required. * Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 60 College credits or 3 or more years of sales experience, military experience or technical/trade school certification required. * For internal candidates applying for other opportunities within the organization, the minimum educational requirement for college is strongly preferred but not required depending on relevant Cablevision work experience.
