Systems Administrator

Due to our exponential growth we are seeking a motivated Desktop Systems Administrator.

* Provide end user desktop support in a mixed environment of Mac/Windows desktops, Windows servers, and Linux servers. * Google Apps collaboration and VOIP phone system administration. * System updates, Print Servers, Antivirus, Backup Software and Active Directory administration. * Hardware purchasing, configuration & support and asset management. * Support corporate networking equipment including switches, routers, wireless, mobile technology and remote access including VPN. * Documentation, logging and reporting of operational processes and procedures.

* 2-4 years of experience configuring and supporting software, hardware and networking equipment in a mixed platform (Mac/Windows/Linux) environment. * Exceptional time management skills and a proven ability to independently identify, research, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. * Proven ability to learn and support new technologies with minimal supervision. * Highly self-motivated, self-directed with excellent verbal and written communication skills and an outstanding customer service ethic. * Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field experience. * Experience administering a mixed Mac/Windows environment highly preferred. * Experience in a fast paced start-up environment preferred. * Certifications a plus (CCNA, MCSE, RHCE). * Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently.
