Senior Project Coordinator, Enterprise

C Spire is an advanced technology company that delivers customer-inspired, nationwide wireless network services, business solutions and 1Gbps Fiber to the Home Internet / HDTV / VOIP.

The Project Coordinator, Enterprise serves as the primary owner of the relationship between the customer and all C Spire internal teams. Responsibilities include ensuring that the network design and services are being implemented in accordance with the signed contract. The Project Coordinator, Enterprise will be responsible for install schedules, porting schedules, performing billing audits, and perform follow up post-sale visits. The Project Coordinator, Enterprise will serve as the single point of contact for all areas of responsibilities for all enterprise customers. Must be organized, detail oriented and work successfully in a team environment.

Must work some evenings and Saturdays when requested. Must use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Some overnight travel required. Must be able to work in office environment and also work outside and traverse varied terrain in adverse weather conditions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. A minimum of 5 years required, 7 preferred, of project coordination experience in the telecommunications or data industry with experience in VOIP and TDM engineering and network experience. Must have intimate and meticulous knowledge of network design. Experience with Ethernet, fiber optics, MPLS, Alcatel-Lucent TIMOS, TCP/IP, VOIP, SIP, and WiFi are strongly preferred. Excellent personal computer skills are required within Windows, Excel, Word, Vizio, and Outlook. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills that will provide ability to manage multiple projects
