Auction Business Development

C-III Capital Partners, led by a management team with extensive experience and a track record for creating value, provides innovative real estate equity and debt solutions tailored to address the needs of our clients and investors. We are engaged in a broad range of activities, including primary and special loan servicing, loan origination, fund management and principal investment.

- Develop and execute a detailed business plan to manage and grow new revenue opportunities. - Prospecting of new business opportunities including sales and other matters related to the commercial real estate marketplace. - Maintain relationships with financial institutions, commercial real estate owners and brokers to provide existing and new listings to upcoming auction events. - Learn and fully understand our proprietary auction cycle and process. - Conduct presentations with potential and existing clients. - Establish a consistent pipeline of business. - Maintain client database and marketing and presentation materials. - Attend conferences and network in order to generate leads. - Provide client support throughout the auction process.

**Qualifications:** - Existing client relationships and a successful track record in developing new relationships. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. - Ability to work independently without supervision. - Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. - Strong analytic, organizational and multi-tasking skills. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a collaborative environment. **Education and Experience:** - Minimum of five years of work experience, preferably in commercial real estate or sales. - 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, lending, investment or brokerage is preferred. - Experience working in sales oriented environment without guidance - Bachelor’s degree - Moderate travel is required
