About C-III Capital Partners

C-III Capital Partners, led by a management team with extensive experience and a track record for creating value, provides innovative real estate equity and debt solutions tailored to address the needs of our clients and investors. We are engaged in a broad range of activities, including primary and special loan servicing, loan origination, fund management and principal investment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a detailed business plan to manage and grow new revenue opportunities.
  • Prospecting of new business opportunities including sales and other matters related to the commercial real estate marketplace.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions, commercial real estate owners and brokers to provide existing and new listings to upcoming auction events.
  • Learn and fully understand our proprietary auction cycle and process.
  • Conduct presentations with potential and existing clients.
  • Establish a consistent pipeline of business.
  • Maintain client database and marketing and presentation materials.
  • Attend conferences and network in order to generate leads.
  • Provide client support throughout the auction process.
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Existing client relationships and a successful track record in developing new relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytic, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a collaborative environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of work experience, preferably in commercial real estate or sales.
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, lending, investment or brokerage is preferred.
  • Experience working in sales oriented environment without guidance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Moderate travel is required
