Responsibilities
* Work alongside the engineering and business teams on a variety of mobile and web products.
* Own projects end-to-end, from whiteboard to App Store.
* Support sales efforts by creating interactive prototypes and productizing integrations.
* Advance Button’s brand and marketing, iterating as the company evolves.
* Shape our design team’s culture by consistently improving process, techniques, and infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge that spans user experience, user interface, visual, and interactive design.
* An understanding of what makes an experience good or bad.
* A highly refined aesthetic sense and can both work inside and expand Button’s style.
* Experience working in an iterative design environment including giving and receiving feedback.
* A drive to get better every day and are always looking for opportunities to learn.
* Bonus points if you have experience with Adobe After Effects or other animation tools.
