Marketing Client Service Analyst

Responsibilities - Prepare, analyze and deliver portfolio risk and performance reports from various portfolio risk and performance attribution systems to provide portfolio insight. - Perform data validation, exception processing and security modeling to improve data coverage and to ensure accuracy of the reports. - Provide advice and investment risk consulting services to users of these reports across investment management, marketing groups and clients. - Create and disseminate external communications, including requests for proposals, due diligence questionnaires, portfolio and strategy updates, monthly database updates, marketing presentations, and ad hoc requests for prospective and existing clients. - Interact with investment professionals to accurately describe firm processes and the investing strategies of our products. - Develop a thorough understanding of firm's product offerings, our client service capabilities, and the institutional client/consultant environment. - Maintain up-to-date information in firm's internal/external marketing databases. - Assist in improving and automating our marketing communications processes. - Help evaluate referrals, RFPs, and opportunistic leads; pursue as appropriate. - Manage the RFP process to complete them in a timely and efficient manner. - Coordinate business development efforts with other groups within the firm, such as investment, legal and operations. - Contribute to new product development, including the investment scope, legal structure, collateral materials and marketing campaign. - Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns (e.g., databases, mailings, webinars, and advertisements).

To qualify for this Direct Hire position: - You must have BS or BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business , 5+ years in a similar role within the financial services industry, Proficient in FactSet, Bloomberg, and MS Office skills. MBA, CFA and/or CIPM are highly preferred.
