Provide maintenance and upgrade to Broadband Studio 4.0
- Add new silicon support into the BBS
- Fix bugs and add new interface support into BBS to enable test automation/test debug features for various groups
Test Automation Development
- Maintain, debug, and update existing automated test setups within the group
- Design, develop, and document new test automation setups/libraries as necessary
- Provide support to hardware engineers on test automation for various hardware verification/debugging tasks
- Provide training to hardware engineers to promote test automation utilization
Silicon Validation and Characterization
- Perform silicon validation and characterization tasks. Part of hardware DVT/PVT team.
- BSEE or MSEE with at least 5 years experience in test automation and window driver development
- Familiar with creating window based drivers (I2C, UART, JTAG, Flash, Ethernet, USB, GPIB, VISA, etc.) to control various hardware equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, temperature chambers, converter boards, etc.
- Expert in C, C#, Python programming.
- Familiar with .NET framework. Produces clearly documented and modular code.
- Good hardware background.
- Able to read and understand schematic and PCB layout.
- Able to perform system level trouble shoot and hardware debug.
- Excellent communication skill both verbally or in writing. Produces clear and detailed test procedure documents.
