• Leading/Managing generally two space, service, and/or organizational strategy projects
• Facilitating conversations like interviews, workshops, and town hall meetings
• Making sense of qualitative and quantitative information
• Leading the development of client presentations, reports, and videos
• Thought-leadership through articles, talks, and posts
• Contributing to brightspot’s growth and development with an internal role / responsibility
• Generally pitching in, contributing to the team, and creating a great culture

• 4 to 6 years of experience in consulting or other relevant professional services
• Depth of focus in one of 3 areas mentioned above
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Awesome critical thinking skills
• Skilled collaborator, both face-to-face and at a distance
• Adept at engaging and energizing people
• Resourceful, with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experienced and willing traveler (expect to go somewhere for 1 to 3 days, every other week)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, probably in a design field, in business, or something else
