* Leading/Managing generally two space, service, and/or organizational strategy projects * Facilitating conversations like interviews, workshops, and town hall meetings * Making sense of qualitative and quantitative information * Leading the development of client presentations, reports, and videos * Thought-leadership through articles, talks, and posts * Contributing to brightspot’s growth and development with an internal role / responsibility * Generally pitching in, contributing to the team, and creating a great culture

* 4 to 6 years of experience in consulting or other relevant professional services * Depth of focus in one of 3 areas mentioned above * Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills * Awesome critical thinking skills * Skilled collaborator, both face-to-face and at a distance * Adept at engaging and energizing people * Resourceful, with an entrepreneurial spirit * Experienced and willing traveler (expect to go somewhere for 1 to 3 days, every other week) * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, probably in a design field, in business, or something else * interesting * Great references
