If this sounds like you, then you should apply to join our team because brightspot is looking for a Project Coordinator to help us make our projects run like clockwork, starting February 1. brightspot is a strategy consultancy that guides organizations to their future, helping our clients rethink their space, reinvent their service offerings, or redesign their organization to improve the experiences of their customers and staff. Through projects that range from a month to years and working in teams of 3 to 6+, we partner with organizations to craft creative, achievable strategies that help people and organizations grow and be better connected – to places, information, and each other.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple projects
  • Create and update project plans
  • Plan and coordinate client workshops including agendas, travel, and logistics
  • Oversee project budgets and billing
  • Develop and manage project data
  • Document decisions and direction
  • Monitor and communicate project progress and scope
  • Proactively communicate internally and externally, acting as client point of contact
  • Adapt to changes in process and scope
Ideal Candidate
  • BA / BS degree
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience working in a similar industry (ideally in professional services)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator
  • Skilled collaborator, both face-to-face and at a distance
  • Comfortable working closely (virtual and face-to-face) with clients of all types and levels
  • Have a sixth-sense for anticipating issues
  • Able to synthesize complex information
  • Adept at planning and organizing
