Business Analyst

Bright House Networks is the sixth largest owner and operator of cable systems in the U.S. and the second largest in Florida, with technologically advanced systems located in five states including Florida, Alabama, Indiana, Michigan and California.

The Business Analyst that will be accountable for activities concerned with eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements for Customer Care Operations and Customer Experience. The perfect candidate will have the necessary and proven analytical skills along with a history of strong collaborative relationship building with key business stakeholders and cross functional project team members to assure creation and delivery of clear, concise, and actionable requirements that will facilitate development of enterprise and customer solutions.

* Facilitate/Gather Requirements - identify the various types of requirements from various sources including project documentation, business process documentation, mock ups, existing applications and stakeholder interviews/facilitated sessions * Analyze requirements - determine whether the stated requirements are clear, complete, consistent and unambiguous, and resolve any apparent conflicts. * Record requirements – capture the requirements in the applicable documentation templates, requirements repository, use cases, user stories, or process specifications. * Develop and maintain Use Cases in support of new requirements * Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate review and approval of business requirements * Partner with Project Managers to provide project requirements and documentation on appropriate timelines * Partner with peer organizations to share business and functional requirements to translate into technical/system requirements

* Expertise in documentation, presentation tools * Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis * Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal interactions * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Previous (3-5 years) experience with requirements and analysis
