Solution Architect and Team Lead

Bridg's innovative customer lifecycle management software enables multi-unit retail and restaurant to improve customer return frequency so they can predictably grow sales across their stores. Bridg helps marketing and finance teams analyze their data to better understand every customer's value and market to their interests across multiple channels.

Bridg is seeking a Solution Architect and Team Lead who will jump right into hands-on development while leading a team of developers for our flagship products. Our teams collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and Customer Success and provides the design and engineering for our systems. You’re interested in solving complex problems with your teammates - we understand and feel the same!

* Lead a team of 4-6 develop in the architecture, design, and implementation of complex feature sets * Collaborate with the CTO, CPO, QA Leads, and Product Managers for the creation of features for our product * Perform hands-on development using our core technology stack; suggest improvements where appropriate * Conduct code reviews, lead design sessions, and collaborate with other team members

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Engineering discipline * 5+ years Java and Spring Boot experience * 2+ years functioning in a team lead role * Experience in a variety of relevant technologies including Postgres, SQL, Cassandra, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Java, Spring Boot, NoSQL databases, Elastic Search, Docker, Microservices architecture, and JavaScript * AWS cloud experience, S3, ECS, Lambda, etc. * Javascript and common frameworks * Experience with React, Node or Clojure a plus * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Highly motivated, curious, capable and a lifetime learner
