The E-mail Marketing Specialist is responsible for the ownership of the setup, maintenance, and review of all email marketing communications and programs in support of company goals. This includes responsibility for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of e-mail marketing campaigns and analyzing data and reporting on the effectiveness of all campaigns.
- Serves as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with owners, guests, and co-workers
- Performs day-to-day e-mail marketing activities to include email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Conduct analysis of campaigns to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates
- Track and report on the success of promotional campaigns, customer numbers, and identify through reports variations and trends in the market
- Collect data to use and adjust future e-mail marketing strategies
- Recommend opportunities for marketing to increase the market share of Brett/Robinson
- Consolidate and analyze data for e-mail marketing programs
- Perform database and list management
- Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML presentation, list segmentation, and other aspects of e-mail execution
- Perform Market Research studies Reports safety hazards
- Attends departmental meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of principles and methods involved in developing, maintaining, and performing email marketing activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
- Minimum of three (3) years business experience specifically in the area of e-mail marketing
- Professional manner and a high energy level; exhibits a positive attitude.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles
- Advanced Knowledge and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Superior Computer skills including Excel, Word, and Access
- Ability to work well with others in achieving the goals of the company
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
