Senior Industrial Designer

- This position reports to the Director of Industrial Design. - In this role, you will be leading teams of creative professionals to develop unique solutions to complex problems with a focus on user-centric design, informed by formal user research. - You will proactively lead projects while still maintaining a hands-on design role. - You will also have a client-facing role and will present your work and the work of others across multiple industries to leading client organizations.

- A high level of comfort in all client-facing activities and great interpersonal skills. - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and visually. - A proven track record successfully managing projects and delivering high quality solutions to clients. - A natural ability to lead by example and to manage creative teams on projects. - A self-starter with a can-do attitude. - A portfolio demonstrating strong industrial design skills (form development, 2D sketching, 3D CAD, etc.). - Experience in a variety of product domains, including consumer electronics and medical/healthcare systems. - At least five years of hands-on experience, with a minimum of three years of design consulting experience.
