We are building a team to ask and answer hard and important questions about the company’s performance and its opportunities for innovation. Hurtling forward at breakneck start-up speed, there are thousands of unknowns that need to become knowns if we are to make it to the next level, and every level after that. This team has huge ambitions, and we want a whip-smart, hard-working candidate to join us.

* As an early player on this team, you will work directly with the business intelligence team and the Executive Team to shape and respond to data and analysis requests. * On the one hand, this will involve pulling, cleaning, analyzing and visualizing data. * On the other hand, it will involve communicating regularly with non-technical team members about the data. * We believe firmly in giving team members the support they need to learn, grow, and do truly great work.

Above all else, we are looking for wicked smarts, a penchant for learning fast, and a desire to tackle complex questions. Given the tasks to be completed, you will have some mix of: * Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheet tools, like Excel, Google Spreadsheets; * Basic experience turning data into visualizations that communicate patterns to non-technical folks; * Knowledge of basic statistical concepts; * Experience working with SQL; * Effective oral and written communication skills; * Ability and desire to participate in a high-pace, demanding work environment.
