Emerging Business Sales Manager

As an Emerging Business Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives in our Austin Office that focus on closing pivotal deals in accounts experiencing high growth in the greater Central region. You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running efficient sales cycles and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.

* Hire, train and manage a team of Emerging Business Account Executives * Develop AEs for career growth within the Box Sales organization * Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales management * Motivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship * Actively use salesforce.com to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics

* 1-2 years of experience in Sales Management * Proven record of sales success * Ability to hire and train new Account Executives * Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals * Robust Salesforce.com analysis and reporting skillset * Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills * Detailed knowledge of the Box and SaaS landscape * Passion for cloud technologies * 4-year degree
