As an Emerging Business Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives in our Austin Office that focus on closing pivotal deals in accounts experiencing high growth in the greater Central region. You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running efficient sales cycles and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.
- Hire, train and manage a team of Emerging Business Account Executives
- Develop AEs for career growth within the Box Sales organization
- Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales management
- Motivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Actively use salesforce.com to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Management
- Proven record of sales success
- Ability to hire and train new Account Executives
- Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
- Robust Salesforce.com analysis and reporting skillset
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Detailed knowledge of the Box and SaaS landscape
- Passion for cloud technologies
- 4-year degree
