Summary
Our Talent team is looking for a Talent Sourcer to provide a critical function in the identification of top-tier Sales talent. The team is ever-growing and your responsibility will lie in sourcing candidates through various networks, platforms, and events. If you have an interest in start-ups, e-commerce or digital marketing, this is an incredibly unique opportunity to join an accomplished team on the ground floor and help blaze the trail for future growth.
Responsibilities
* Use your creative and innovative techniques to completely own sourcing strategy, never letting the quality of candidates diminish * Identify top candidates via multiple recruiting sources and techniques, both traditional and nontraditional, including social media, referrals, and networking * Build a pipeline of targeted candidates for the Recruitment Team * Track candidates by using internal tracking software (ATS) * Build and maintain relationships with talent in the start-up community by attending external events * Work with Hiring Managers to assess hiring needs, identify the key traits of successful candidates, and craft job descriptions
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 1 – 4 years experience sourcing both passive and active Sales candidates * Experience using social media for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and contributing to an overall recruitment strategy/brand * Superior organization skills with a high attention to detail along with the ability to handle confidential and proprietary info * Extremely positive attitude, strong customer focus, and ability to multitask
