Summary
The Sales Administrator will support the busiest and highest-performing Directors of Business Development in their day-to-day and will be directly exposed to the sales process. If you have a significant interest in Sales or Business Development, this is a one-of-a-kind role where you get to shadow the best Directors of BD, all the while setting yourself up for a future career.
Responsibilities
* Support the team as needed to help them close the largest deals in the shortest amount of time possible * Maintain professionalism while interacting with prospects and clients in person, over the phone, and via email * Be the right hand man/woman to multiple members of the team * Embrace a hectic workday without letting the constant inflow of information deter you
Ideal Candidate
* 1+ years supporting a rapidly growing team * Very strong interest in learning the ins and outs of the sales process * Great interpersonal skills; you’ll interact with clients and prospects and need to be on your A game at all times * Detail oriented, organized, and a leader at heart * Familiarity with Salesforce a plus * Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; take charge and help out whenever necessary
