Our ads team is on the cutting edge, and we are looking for that one person who has established deep relationships with agency partners and advertisers alike. Our Publisher Development Manager should own the room and elevate Bounce Exchange’s presence with top publishers and advertisers to drive serious revenue growth. We need a self-starter, thrill-seeker who wants to transform the digital advertising experience and landscape to blaze the trail for future growth…exciting shit.

• Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to roll out our product to well known publishers and trade desks
• Build relationships across multiple levels of stakeholder incentivize Bounce Exchange ad spend as a greater share of publisher/brand budgets
• Accountable for the execution of Quarterly Business Reviews with all publisher partners
• Develop thought leadership to educate partner’s teams on how Bounce Exchange ads deliver superior ROI for their clients

• At least two years of experience selling advertising related solutions in the publisher landscape and the rolodex to prove it
• Proven ability to understand client needs and build ongoing relationships across all levels of partnership organizations
• Exceptional storyteller: deliver winning presentations about publisher and end client focused solutions
• Flexibility to jet-set as needed
